PREP AT HOME |
We have costed out pre-prepped vegetables from the grocery store to avoid any loss, like carrot peelings and get closer to the amount you need to purchase for the recipe. We factored in 14 oz pre cut carrots instead of a whole bunch of carrots. In your preparation at home you would need to furthur prepare some ingredients like wash and slice your peppers, trim and pound your chicken breasts, poach and dice your chicken for enchiladas, and much more.
Store away unused ingredients and clean the kitchen.
