Half Portion Serves 2-3. Saute. Boil Rice. I must confess I had never eaten Thai food because I thought it would be too spicy. This dish has just a slight amount of heat and loads of flavor. Chicken and sugar snap peas are simmered in a bright curry sauce of coconut milk, scallions, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, lime juice and jalapeno pepper. You will receive a small cup of sriraccha if you choose to add additional heat to your dish. Served with jasmine rice. A COMPLETE meal that takes about 20 minutes to make!
